I'm literally at a point where I can only manage to get around 4-5 hours of sleep and then stay up for 28-30 hours at a time.
No, I usually get around 7-8 hours of sleep every night sometimes even more. I'm glad that I can have the comfort of a good sleep.
@1 I ended up getting 5.5 hours of sleep. So that's a small minor improvement. I've tried melatonin but it didn't work.

@3 Thanks, I managed to also take a nap earlier so I got close to 3 hours with that. I guess things were and are starting to catch up to me. Maybe I'll end up getting a good crash over the weekend into next week.
Finally ended up getting 6.5 hours of sleep this time around. I still feel really tired and weak physically though.
Reached 6 hours and 45 minutes. So I'm slowly reaching closer to a 7 hour mark.
I hope you reach the 7 hour mark. What is your end goal?
@7 I managed 7 hours today. I'm just trying to get myself back on some normal levels of sleep. I'm not worried about a specific sleeping pattern. Just being able to stay asleep for 6-7 hours is fine with me.

@9 back down to 5 but to be fair this time I couldn't sleep on the count of workers outside of my house until they left.
@10 what time do they work to? I had some construction going on outside my window for about a year, but it was always over before 5pm. It would wake me up though.
They've just been showing up on random days. They've been putting new power poles in. And apparently sitting in front of my house is their favorite spot so far.
And they were back today and I only managed to get like 3.5 hours of sleep.
Got 10 hours. I definitely crashed will probably end up staying up for like 48 hours straight now.
the cycle resets
I ended up staying up quite a while and then slept like 3 hours.
4 hours yesterday. Sorry I haven't been here for a while. I haven't been feeling good. I ended up getting really sick.
